Time and dates will be announced and invitations sent to interested parties.

Inclusive and Welcoming to All.

Next Group: Eating in Light of The Moon - Feb 1st

Starts on February 1, 2023.

Trauma is a fact of life. One in five Americans has been molested; one in four grew up with alcoholics; one in three couples have engaged in physical violence. Our group will use Dr. Bessel van der Kolk’s book, “The Body Keeps the Score.” He is one of the world’s foremost experts on trauma. His book includes recent scientific advances to show how trauma can reshape body and brain, and compromises victim’s capacities for pleasure, engagement, self-control, and trust. He explores innovative treatments that offer new paths to recovery by activating the brain’s natural neuroplasticity. Our group will demonstrate the power of relationships to heal and provide techniques for resolving the effects of Trauma.
